Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our Terms & Conditions – Please read carefully.

Vessel Safety

Our vessels are fitted with the very latest safety equipment and all of our crew members are fully trained and qualified to meet the requirements of Marine Safety Regulations.

Wheelchairs

Information for disabled passengers

The Forth Belle and Queensferry Belle have a special wheelchair ramp which can be used at certain tide heights. The wheelchair ramp is only suitable for standard wheelchair access. For other types of wheelchairs please give us a call.

The wheelchair ramp accesses the rear deck and entrance to the covered salon. This is the only area of the Forth Belle accessible to wheelchairs.Certain tide heights allow easier access to the boat (not as steep an incline on the gangway). They are safer and more comfortable for wheelchair users. Please check our timetable for disabled users which gives the days and times when we can use the wheelchair ramp.

The Forth Princess is not specifically designed for disabled access; however, a lot of wheelchair users and people with limited mobility do join us on board for our 90 minute sightseeing tours.

There are no disabled toilets on our vessels, although people with limited mobility do use the toilets on board.

There is disabled parking at the promenade, close to the Hawes Pier (approximately 100m from the boat) for departures from Hawes Pier. For departures from Port Edgar Marina, there is ample parking.

Access to Inchcolm Island is not suitable for wheelchair users
