When can I cruise with Forth Boat Tours?

We sail all year round with the exception of Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve.

Do children go free?

Little seal spotters under the age of 5 go free. We have reduced price tickets for children from 5 -15 years old.

Can I get something to eat on board?

We serve a selection of hot and cold drinks, light snacks and a wee dram and other spirits from our bar. But please, do not feed the crew!

Do you have toilets on board?

Yes, you’ll never get caught short!

Do your boats have wheelchair access?

Our fleet is not specifically designed for disabled access; however, a lot of wheelchair users and people with limited mobility do join us on board for our 90 minute sightseeing tours.

There is disabled parking at the promenade, close to the Hawes Pier (approximately 100m from the boat).

We have a wheelchair ramp which can be used at certain tide heights. Please give us prior notice if you require the wheelchair ramp.

The wheelchair ramp accesses the rear deck and entrance to the covered salon.  This is the only area of the Forth Belle accessible to wheelchairs.

There is no disabled toilet, although people with limited mobility do use the toilets on board.

Certain tide heights allow easier access to the boat (not as steep an incline on the gangway). They are safer and more comfortable for wheelchair users. Please check our timetable for the days and times when we can use the wheelchair ramp.

Access to Inchcolm Island is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Are pets allowed on board?

Your furry friends are allowed on board. A charge of £1 per pet applies.
