Our 1-hour Sightseeing Boat Tours of the Firth of Forth depart from Hawes Pier at South Queensferry which is only a short distance from Scotland's bustling Capital City of Edinburgh. (Find us on Google™ Maps.).

A boat trip aboard the Forth Belle is an ideal way to spend any morning or afternoon. Sit on the outside deck or in the heated observation lounge and listen to the guided commentary.

Take in the magnificent views of the Forth Road Bridge and the world-famous Forth Railway Bridge built in the Victorian era; the beautiful panoramas of the Edinburgh skyline to the south and the Kingdom of Fife to the north and the beautiful island of Inchcolm with its medieval abbey.

Marine Wildlife

During your tour you’ll find plenty of opportunities to see a wide variety of marine wildlife including seabirds, porpoises and seals.

Watch out for dolphins which occasionally swim into the Forth Estuary.

Boat Trips to Inchcolm Island

Combine your Sightseeing Tour with an optional 1½ hour landing on Inchcolm Island. Explore the island’s historic Abbey - one of the best-preserved group of monastic buildings in Scotland. The island is also well-known for its wildlife and wartime coastal defences. Landing tickets are available on board the Forth Belle. Please ask at the café/bar.

Sunset Cruises

A relaxing summer evening Sunset Cruise aboard the Forth Belle offers simply magical views of the Firth of Forth. Relax on board with a drink as you take in the view of the Forth bridges against the setting sun - the perfect ending to your sightseeing day!
